Yoga Nook in Suffield is in the gray building next to Highland Park Market. The studio space is nice and small. Atmosphere is calming. Instructors are good. I go to the evening Align and Breathe classes and Happy Hour. Challenging but always allowing for individual modifications.

Finally a yoga studio in Suffield!! I like this studio, they have a nice variety of classes and the prices are reasonable. The candle lit night classes offer a really nice and relaxing ambiance.

I'm new to yoga and my first visit here made me realize I need yoga in my life! Such a great experience, calming, challenging. A great space to find a sense of calm which I don't have anywhere else in my busy life. I'll attend at The Yoga Nook often!
