Super nice. Got my first used machine from a friend. Went to this shop for supplies and general questions. The people there very knowledgeable about what to use and not. One of the service technicians came out and gave me run down of what's what, without me even asking. Super awesome people.

Walked entire store and not one word was said to me. There was no prices on anything specifically in the sale room. I waited at the counter 5 minutes to checkout. No one came. I saw several eating.
Selection was fabulous but service non existant. Won't go back.

Sadly I am disappointed! I have been to this store 3 times and have not been greeted or asked if I need help. I could go to a regular craft store if I wanted to wonder around aimlessly. I chose this store because they specialize in quilting. My mistake. :(
