Love this place. The training is first class but more importantly the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and make sure you get the most out of every session. Would highly recommend training here, especially if you are training for a specific event as it will improve your fitness massively.

Having been to the altitude centre a few times and even taken by 17 year old son I can say that the altitude centre is well worth a visit. It hurts when there but lost session you do feel quiet euphoric. Probably the joy of breathing easy again!!
