4 stars for effort..they have improved their loading time over past year. 5 stars for their products...aint no better.
BUT
BE PREPARED TO BE HERE A WHILE...product shortage from the line happens. You can generally disconnect and run to the store etc but LET THEM KNOW!!

This is one of the worst shippers I have ever see...

This is one of the worst shippers I have ever seen I'm here 8 hours so far I'm in a dock 6 hours so far and my trailer is empty, drivers if you have a choice cancel their load or get ready to spend 24 hours with no food around here.

It took 15 hr to get a dock and still they are saying it s going to take 4to 5 hr to load the truck

Finally we got paper work after 24 hr we checked in 5pm Friday now its 5:30pm Saturday

I heard from someone Friday Saturday are worst for truckers to pick load from here

They USED to make good yogurt NOT anymore. I like their whole fat blueberry yogurt but now you have to buy the Apple yogurt along with the blueberry. Its VERY disappointing. They need to increase their selection on whole fat yogurt BECAUSE IT TASTES BETTER.
