They're bad for every kind of admin and human resources aren't much better. If you want holiday you'll need to basically beg for it and when you do finally take it they'll forget to pay your holiday wages... Avoid them at all costs! Took them 4 months to give a reference to my new employer this year...

STM have gone through major changes in the last year and as a business it was having its difficulties, however with a completely new management structure in place it is going places and now has a real emphasis on the care of its frontline staff as well as full engagement with clients.
