If I could give them 0 stars I would. Called for technical support for a phone issue that they set up and they want to charge me to have someone come out and look at it when only one phone is the issue. Will be looking elsewhere for service.
After several attempts to correct an issue at my place of work. I was able to connect with Joseph at SpectrumVoIP and he corrected it within an hour. He was very knowledgeable in the area where we needed assistance. He provided Excellent Service!
