LOVE Karina ( my massage therapist), so five stars for her, three stars for Nijoli as a whole. The waiting area is very small, noisy, uncomfortable. The counter staff are polite, but very cold. They give the impression they'd rather not deal with you if they didn't have to.

I have been going to spa ni joli for my massages for 6 years now. But last week i had a sports massage and i was not satisfied. I left with the same tightness and knots as when i went in. It also made me sore for 4 days afterwards. This is the only bad experience I had but I was not happy with it.
