Pretty nice and walkable campus with those amazing tall trees that makes you feel as if you were in somewhere in the mountains.
A small, but challenging school. Tucked deep in the heart of the Piney Woods of East Texas, it has a beautiful campus. Loaded with pine trees and a beautiful arboretum. I had a great 2.5 years here. Taking my family back to homecoming weekends is fun too.
Personally I would walk the trails everyday. Its very peaceful and beautiful. Very NICE JOB GUYS.
This is a great campus located in Nacogdoches, the Oldest town in Texas. As a graduate of the class of 2008, I will have to say I am a little biased here. The campus look has a unique mixture of old buildings and there is always something for students to do. Do yourself a favor and come visit SFAS...

Great University. It prepared me well for graduate school at 2 tier 1 research universities. Class size was small and personal. Ag department was great.

I received a great nursing education at SFA. It was challenging, but it prepared me for what was to come ahead. Everyone who graduated in the same class as me passed the NCLEX board exam on the very first try. Thanks SFA!!
One semester in and I'm running far far away. Sucks every cent out of you. Paid $60 for parking just to have to look for a spot for hours. My roommate went to get food the other day at 11 at night and finally gave up looking for parking at 2am. Getting food right across the road didn't take 3 hours....
Good small town campus! My daughter went there in the late 80's and now her 2 daughters are attending there, they're roommate's, age 19 and 21! They like it and have about 6 of their HS friends going there too!
Loved my undergrad experience here. I made many friends, and the faculty is very helpful and caring about their students.
Graduated from SFASU in 1991. I go back now and still feel the same small-town environment. Great place to Liv and get a quality education!

SFA is an excellent environment for academic learning and research. The College of Forestry has highly rated faculty members and research facilities. I have pleasant memories of the time I spent to complete a doctoral program.
SFA is an awesome university. I do games there some Saturdays. The stadium is a nice facility. Both daughters and son went to school there.
Beautiful campus. Great academic environment. Lots of opportunities to socialize. Friendly (probably because it's a smaller university). I like the small-town setting too.

The environment is friendly and everyone there is nice & helpful but is not the school for me. Tried to give it a chance but didn't last 4 days simply bc the school is super extra and has way toooo many fees for everything. You basically paying for all the "free" things that the school hype up like...

This is my dream college. I will be attending in the spring of 2016. The have the best Forestry college in the country. It has 10 extra hours than any other university, but they have a whole lot more outdoor labs than the rest.
I got two degrees here. Harvard it ain't but it provided me the knowledge to stay employed in my chosen field for my work life. Thanks to all of my professors and fellow students for your collaboration and support.
