The worse Customer Service 'EVER!! I purchased three puzzles, i did not want two of them; they were never opened; Serious Shops would not even send a return label. They are terrible to work with; don't purchase from them! Buyer Beware!!!

I ordered $70 worth of puzzles on 4/27/20 for my 86 year old mother who is still in quarantine, but has done all the puzzles she owns already. She still has not received them. When i call, the automated machine takes my name and number and says it will contact me in a few days when my "turn" comes...
