Not a great place to work for in my opinion. Some employees spend 20+ yrs working for Semco business & personally for owners then end up canned because of a mistake getting dui. Not their fault we lost our dteam home.
We built a home with Vertical Works from Milwaukee, WI (rebasing in Texas by the way) and had Semco doors and windows installed. I apply and after 3 days they called me for job interviews .. everything went well and finally I work for second windows and doors. All the people are friendly and caring ..

Do not purchase from this company! Beautiful but defective doors. Even though we have a 10 year warranty signed by the national sales director, and filed a complain with the Better Business Bureau, the company refuses to honor their warranty.
