Worst building management I have ever dealt with.
Turning The Chrystie into a frat house and can't solve basic living conditions problems in months.
If you are considering an apartment they manage - stay away.
Excellent building well maintained. Wonderful location and the best staff imaginable. Cooperative, courteous, intelligent and just plain nice. Tenants are also well behaved and friendly . Wonderful facilities and the best rooftop view in the City.

Incompetent, unprofessional and rude. Both property managers rarely return calls or emails. Avoid rose if you can.
The Corinthian management and board operate like a street vendor. They do not care about the tenants whatsoever. Avoid this place like the plague. My apologies to the street vendors.

An absolute nightmare. Rose let neighbors move in above me with a loud barking dog. I am woken up 2 and 3 times a night and have been for 10 months and Rose has not resolved the situation. Do not live in a Rose apartment unless you are someone who can live with no sleep.

Has repeatedly screwed up direct deposit, and has never gotten it done correctly. Every time the rent changes, they take out too much or too little and build up a debt to me or vice versa.
They also impose arbitrary rules that aren't on the lease.
I worked with Dace and Joe and the whole crew for three years while renting our home through Rose Associate. I could not have predicted as good of an experience as we had with them. They took care of us through the good times and through the tough times that come being a landlord.

Lost my rent check and have not provided any response or explanation. Standard excuse, "we're working from home". I found it impossible to find anyone able to provide any helpful information or indeed even to pick up the phone. Not just a bad experience but starting to look like a legal issue.
