This place is a joke, I had to pay the first owners a extra water deposit and was supposed to get that $120.00 back after a year and this new place tells me they don't have to abide by that contract???? This place used to be ok now its people who hand them a buck and move in. Thats one. No notifications of changes to how rent is paid like on if two people you cant make separate payments and now the charge is $38+ to pay online. Even though they get their money FASTER that way. VERY DISAPPOINTED
My only complaints are the new people being let in to the trailer park are very shady,things are starting to turn up missing in Redwood Estates, Oakdale pa..also the speeding is getting out of control and people running stop signs with no attempt to try & stop..Have contacted police with the answer ...
