A signed up a couple of years ago and every quarter when I call to check the rates, I have to call multiple times and honestly, I believe I am only saving pennies but it's not worth it to me for the time I spend trying to contact them. I have been leaving message since 4/2/20 for a plan that expires on 4/15, yet they have failed to return my call. There's no excuse and don't blame the pandemic, they have always been hard to reach.
