I bought a trike from another company a while ago and it turned out to be a big disappointment. The quality was subpar and the customer service was nonexistent. I wish I had discovered FFR Trikes earlier. Their trikes are of superior quality and the customer service experience is outstanding. I will definitely be purchasing my next trike from FFR Trikes.
