One of the worst vendors we ever dealt with before...

One of the worst vendors we ever dealt with before.
We purchased a product from them year ago, and after purchasing it we found out that the product is defective with a known issue !
we asked for return and it took us 9 months to get our money back after escalating the issue to the manufacture themselves ! because Iron Bow staff was not following up on our request efficiently.
This is away of the non responsive employees we were emailing during the mentioned interval.
