I have called for tech support a few times and I do not mind the long wait. This morning 12/4/19 Wed, 8:15am, I called in regards to my billing statement. A rep, Precious (NOT), did answer my question, though her tone was not friendly. She DID NOT HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
