Loved loved loved the customer service. They ranked a 10 on a scale of 1-5! Laura, Dan and DAndre. Are too notch! So why a 1 Star?! The rooms are horrible. They smell moldy and are stuffy! Our room had absolutely no phone connection or WiFi. Very very inconvenient!
