I keep getting glitches and i don't receive my ful...

I keep getting glitches and i don't receive my full experience points when at the double xp round in farmville 2. Now i can't expand due to some glitch that keeps discounting my prizes and i have to start over again. I have all the requirements but they're not counting it. I'm getting frustrated and this is why i rarely buy farm bucks. I'm ready to find something else.
