My third alarm system provider in 9 years. the only company that didnt send a salesman to give me a "quote". Sent only a tech. The only company that came promptly for a maintenance call. Only company that didnt charge for maintenance call. Seems the only people complaining are people who dont like the phone sales approach not actual customers. I got my system through a phone sale and the guy Wayne was awesome. answered all questions and got me a deal to be here when his tech was in the neighborhood. Saves them on ad dollars so we get the savings and it shows... will and have recommended.
