We use gather to manage 200+ mostly buffet weddings a year. It is a new company and they, as far as I can tell, made some strategic errors when developing their stack. As a result certain functionality, including API integration with key partners (like scheduling apps designed for caterers) are difficult. Tech Support is super helpful; however, customer success managers are hard to reach.

Bottom Line: Functional, fast enough, and modern. Generally good client experience. Frustrating lack of support for integrating with key partners (vs. competitors like caterease and tripleseat).
