Absolutely atrocious. First they double charged my account and when I contacted customer service they were insulting, threatening in that they would freeze all my accounts if I disputed anything, even though i authorized the initial charge. I just wanted the duplicate credited. Nasty. There should be other options, this is a Monopoly and it is illegal.
