I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing, only because of the customer service. I have now been waiting over 2 weeks for a response to a logged customer service issue and despite several chase up emails they have failed to respond. If I have advice for anyone, then its to buy Tech 21 products at the peril of having nightmares if they are not right. 50+ reviews can't be wrong.
