It was one of the most humiliating and depressing experiences of my life. To tell the truth, the Egyptian staff were very nice and hospitable. There was one American woman who almost spat in my face. I really felt like I was the guest at her country not the opposite, even though she along with the rest take their salaries from the "likes" of me. If the USA doesn't want visitors like me, then so be it. The world is big enough for me to spend my money on.
To me, my trip/experience regarding the US embassy=depression and humiliation,not because I was rejected, but because it was an unfair interview altogether!
I regret ever thinking of visiting!
