Talked at length on the phone with "Bo" set an appointment, I phoned to confirm on the day of the appointment, no answer, left a message, no return call, and a no show! Finally got ahold of "Bo" an hour after the no show appointment, he says he remembers the phone call, didn't write us down, just forgot!? Competely unprofessional!
