A friend coming from London was looking to find 12 months' rented accommodation in Cardiff - and as I was close-ish to the ground, I got the gig! I registered my interest with several agents, all of which were quick off the mark in coming back to me - but Edwards were easily the best in terms of coming up with a shortlist of properties that matched what was wanted.

Having whittled that down, they arranged several viewings at very short notice, met my friend and I off the train and gave us a tour of the properties. My friend found what she wanted, and Edwards then went the extra mile and more to sort out the paperwork quickly and a couple of minor issues with the landlord. TBH, I couldn't fault anything - it all happened like clockwork, no hidden charges or costs, and when a couple of issues have cropped up since, they've sorted them out really quickly. Relief all round - it could have been the end of a friendship! Top marks.
