I was looking for a car for a while and many people around me suggested Honda. Not knowing anything about cars I went to the Honda dealer across Yorkdale mall, I walked out as fast as I can. The imidiate judgement I received with the sales associates I could not believe that they considered that as customer service. Approximately 1 week after my boyfriend suggested the Honda in Vaughan so I went. As soon as I parked, I was greeted with immaculate customer service by a salesperson named Paul. He took his time and showed me different offers they had going on. I was very confused between getting a civic or a HRV and he gave his honest opinion. He explained the difference in detail with both cars and explained the differences between financing and leasing. Paul's knowledge and warm approach assisted me with getting my new car!!! :)
