Absolutely devastated. Only 5 months after getting my engagement ring at Cara jewellers in Dubai, one of the diamonds has fallen out. I cannot get in touch with anyone in Cara as the 'contact' link is not working. There is no available contact email address. I would be very grateful if someone can get in touch with regards your guarantee period.
