This Carl s seems to be one of the go to cell phone waiting lots for LAX people. It has a relatively huge parking lot and huge interior which seems to get plenty of busy. Granted it s just your typical Carl s nothing too special in terms of food, but because of the heavy foot traffic it s not the cleanest Carl s you ll find.
