Outstanding customer service, he was punctual, courteous, respectful and very knowledgeable regarding the performance and expections I was hoping for from my equipment, I commend him on a job well done. He responds to the name of "Jay" of all my past dealings with the other technical people, he was definitely the most professional and outstanding, again, job well done!!!!
