Awful customer service! Trust me I have worked in retail for 12 years and know all about customer service.





I have now PM you again via Facebook. I shall be reporting to trading standards. If nothing is done by the end of the week. I have also asked for a refund to buy a new case as it is still in warranty. Tech21 have refused and told me to ask o2 they say it's 30 days refunds or returns no later.
