I am a new dealer or was. I ordered a system for a customer. I was told 3-5 business days. On the 6th day, I called to ask when they were looking to ship out the equipment. I spoke to someone on Monday , that person said they would call me back in 5 minutes. After a hour I called back and they said the pump was ready and someone would contact me in the am for payment. 1 pm cam around with no call, so I called to pay for the equipment. The person that answered the phone asked what I was calling about. I told him that I was calling about the pump and before I could say that I need to pay for it. He rudely blurts out "We will call when the pump is built" in a very angry tone. I will be doing business elsewhere. I asked my dealer contact who I spoke to , he said it was the owner of the company. I reordered the system with cloudburst misting for my client and it will be here Friday.
