Two members of reception staff are arrogant beyond belief unfortunately due to serious health issues I can no longer work so need to claim benefit . They have made me feel like a scrounge especially if I haven't got an up to date benefit letter I've even showed them my bus pass was put right in my place as that wasn't good enough
