I had an issue with reception over the weekend. I called the office on Monday and spoke to Colin who tried some troubleshooting which didn t work. He arranged for a call out .
This happened first thing on Tuesday morning. A very nice young man, Jim arrived and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes - the trees were obstructing the signal . He immediately put a call through to the office and later that afternoon Pat arrived and moved the dish which sorted the problem.
What a professional, efficient and friendly company. I would highly recommend them to anyone .
