Similar to other reviewers, in trying to get an estimate the scheduler kept asking personal questions about my "mister" trying to figure out when he would be home. Clearly, I can't be the only one around when we receive an estimate. Needless to say, I said thanks but no thanks. They are obviously reading from a very patriarchal script. Offended and shocked that anyone is keeping them in business.
