SCAM, THIEF, ESCAPE this site !!!!! Give reason to the SELLER because they have commissions !!!!
I received the wrong smartphone! For 1 month I was taken in a BOAT !. The seller had to send me enough to pay me the return costs before 1 month otherwise I was REFUNDED and I kept the product! This one never gave a sign of LIFE! Finally they asked me to send the PARCEL to HONG KONG at my EXPENSES !!!! Then told me again that NO I had nothing to send at my expense that it was TOO LATE the 1 month being exceeded I kept the phone and I was REFUNDED! Then in fact I have to send the package to RAKUTEN Headquarters at my expense! But that's a SHAME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The MONTH Has passed for a week the Seller has never responded and it is up to me to return the PACKAGE AT MY COST !!! ESCAPE this site! Many customers have Problems!
