Flourish are the best agency I've worked for. They listen to me when I tell them what sort of work I'm looking for and treat me like they actually value me. I know that some agencies are not averse to a bit if 'sharp practice' to drive down costs, but Flourish have never treated me with anything other than respect for my professional skills.
