I purchased two of the same parts and returned one. I was denied a refund, however, Auto Haas kept my part. I called and gave them the invoice number that shows I ordered two of the same parts instead of a left and right control arm I received two right control arms. So, they kept my return part. Marco stated he would check in the return department for the part I sent back and would call me back. Instead, Marco sent a denial response to Ebay to close the case.
Auto Haas is dishonest . Being dishonest will not increase your sales for long!!! I have informed many people about this incident and sadden to be taken advantage of as it is the principle of honesty and being fair not the money.
