I took my blind nephew to the ER. He was suffering gallbladder attack. Two of the desk attendants were giggling and playing. I finally made a very loud comment about them not being interested in helping a blind patient in pain. I said it loud enough for the entire waiting room to hear. Amazingly there was a room provided immediately for him. If you go to St John's hospital I guess you will need to make a scene in order to be cared for.
