I am a vendor that works with Red Peak. The Red Peak team is very professional and has a great team to work with! Red Peak pays in a timely manner and we thoroughly enjoy our partnership with Red Peak.
While the maintenance team is excellent, the managers are not. Dog trash bins spill over weekly, more than 30 lights out outside the buildings, advertises 23/7 concierge service, but doesn't offer that service. Rent is raised yearly.
I never leave reviews but they deserve one. An incredibly greedy company. read contracts very carefully, as there are many things in there (moving-out related) that defy customary renter procedures. Would never recommend them to anyone
