This whole place is a joke and the programs they have on now are SOOOO wicked boring, jewelry, clothes, garden stuff, makeup and the hosts repeat the same old thing 100 times a show. Terrible

Completely dissatisfied... Ive been buying things on QVC for a while now. Never had any issues what so ever. The very first time i have an issue, and not even my fault, i was basically told i was S*** out of luck. I even asked the customer service if i was S*** out of luck and she said yes. NO JOKE....

This company will put a hold on your checking account, and continue the hold for more than 6 months. My wife ordered sandlas in the spring. It is now OCtober. No sandals, and despite NUMEROUS calls and emails, the hold persists.
AVOID THIS COMPANY.
