I own an apartment at Park street and wld rate township decently high.. nice basic infra structure and well maintained even after so many years with existing developments going on. Being a large group you need to take extra efforts to reach right person but overall decent experience till date

They have very poor construction quality and Park Express, Balewadi building was collapsed 2 year back and 9 labor died. Think twice before buying it else don't blame ...
