Besides the long Waits, their legal department insist they're not allowed to provide me with any letters or documentation stating what they're doing until after they've actually done it.
The young lady I had in Poughkeepsie showed no interest or concerns at all. It s like she had a bad night and didn t wanna be bothered. I was very disappointed, cause the people I spoke to from the 800 # was from Alabama they were very helpful and friendly.
Just had an agent hang up on me. I was being polite, but my problem I guess sounded to complex for her or she just did not want to be bothered with something that might require some effort on her part.
