I love the services and the engineering folks I have worked with. However I do feel like the "aura" of the lobby is not very good. Almost as if all the ladies working on the floor are unhappy with eachother or something, some tension.

At first they didn't work well with me as I suffer from turrets syndrome and even after I explained one employee kept hanging up the phone yelling at me. Took 9 months to get my internet hooked up and running started the process Feb 2020 was hooked up in October 2020.

Has the casualness of slow town, but the quality is excellent and you have to give them a hand for being on the cutting edge of residential telecommunications. 5 MS ping to U of M twin cities and great speeds on their fiber network.

Horrible customer service, not helpful at all.

Horrible customer service, not helpful at all.
Tech guys are super nice and helpful but had to come out a third time within 6months to fix poor connectivity issues.
Wouldn't recommend if used for remote work since it is very unreliable

Finally I called them only to be told our service dept will call you. Really? I was on the phone with the service dept.

Currently awful internet. Mobile hotspot on my phone is leagues better than the internet they provide me. I'm typing this on my phone right now because the wifi isnt working and my TV looks like an abstract painting right now with how distorted the picture is. I'd give it a 0 if i could.

I've dealt with pbtv for many many years and for the most part they're an extremely easy business to deal with. What I don't like the fact that I have to pay for a telephone line that I never used so instead of staying with that company I went to their competitor because all I needed was internet.

Terrible service. Wasn't getting speeds I tested for and they sent a technician over. The technician was getting 300 Mbps when I am paying for 1GB. They proceeded to charge me 64$ on the next bill for the technician being there all of 5 minutes
