Correct hotel and well located in the center but be careful if you come by car because we received a fine of 150 because a good part of the center is prohibited and no information from the hotel on this problem (we stayed 15 minutes to unload the luggage) And then we parked in a public parking lot...

Spacious, neat rooms allow you to really make this place yours for the duration of visit. Positioned in a great location in the city centre, easy to locate, right in the heart of Gent.
I didn't find it too loud, such a great atmosphere, and clean..
The staff here are really friendly and helpful.

Hotel well placed for a visit of the city. The rooms are large and clean ! Only downside, the pillows were not suitable for good nights for my taste ... The staff is very welcoming! Full breakfast and good quality. A repeat without hesitation.

This hotel is in a good location in the center of Ghent. Handy that you can check in 24/24. I arrived very late and also had to leave very early. Apart from the fact that I had a nice room and was kindly received at the reception, I cannot therefore share other experiences.

Ok hotel. Very loud in the morning. Don't expect to sleep a past 8am as the cleaning staff will be moving down the hall about that time. Incredibly overpriced breakfast (20 euros). Go out and find some pastries down the street for 3 !

Goede en vriendelijke service, heerlijk ontbijt, leuke bar, lekker gezwommen en kleine maar leuke sauna en stoomcabine. Prachtig gelegen in het historisch centrum van Gent. Weinig parkeerplek in de garage die 16 euro per nacht kost maar genoeg parkeergelegenheid in de buurt. Een echte aanrader dus.

A nicely situated hotel with very friendly staff.
Rooms are clean but somewhat dated.
The gourmet bar is highly recommended ... tasty snacks and drinks ..... really great.
The breakfast buffet is also recommended ... tasty sandwiches and spreads.
The fresh coffee is in my opinion also a treat .....

Perfectly located, right in the center of it all, the Christmas market was on our doorstep, the downside of that is that is was quite loud, but I didn't mind.

Also there is an excellent private sauna and steam which you can use of you pre-book, they only downside is that they don't seem to advert...
