Honestly I don t get it!!! More than 6 hours on the ER just so that they can prescribe you with Tylenol for a sprained ankle. So ridiculous. So sad I decided to come here I should ve just gone to the city they could ve just taken better care of me providing me with more information.

They took a quick glance. Prescribed the wrong medication which I still had to pay for. And then they billed me $1800. For absolutely nothing. I sat in the waiting room longer than what it took for the doctor to see me.

It takes forever to get an appt here. They rarely ever call back when left a message. And when they finally answer, the workers on the other end have the nerve to have an attitude. We need better care here in The Bronx. This hospital is trash.
Horrible hospital. Probably the worst i have ever experienced. Everyone is miserable no one wants to work or do anything. All the nurses argue with eachother and with patients.
