Rented to a Mercy Home grant participant. Nice resident but had a visitor "occupying" property while not being on the lease itself. Mercy Home supported the residents decision and I'm now in a legal battle to have resident removed from apartment.

Great place for at risk youth who are in need of support services. Helpful staff. Good social, and academic support.
