HORRIBLE.

I sent an amplifier there through Guitar Centers Pro Coverage. It took me 4 calls over 3 weeks to get a gold of a technician. The technician clearly had no idea what he was talking about when I described what the issues were.

Class Act all the way around. These guys get it, and have the most state of the art facility in the area. Not only do they fix my TV's with in a week, but bailed me out on my iPad's. I am a teacher and Athletic Director for my school. Broken iPads happen these guys fix it within a day. Amazing.

I sent in my laptop for the screen to be repaired. They promptly responded to any questions I had throughout the process via email correspondence and were very helpful and patient. After a few days my laptop was returned and the screen is as good as new!

I thank everyone who worked with me.
