Having all elements of contact being automated or digital is not the appropriate way to handle something like education. You do not get the appropriate assistance because you RARELY interact with another human. It makes doing tasks extremely difficult.
The college is great, but the police need to patrol that area better. There are homeless men on the sidewalks, with knives, threatening people up and down the sidewalk in front of the college. The gas station across from the college is even more dangerous. Don't pump your gas there.

Loved my time at Jctc glad I started here instead at UofL as a freshman. Faculty and instructors are very chill and nice. Had teachers who would stay after class to make sure I got the material.
Teaching staff has been great, but the office staff creates new problems & hurdles every semester. They took my money, then tell me they have no record of the charge and I have to dispute it with my bank.
I went there for a couple semesters. Had great teachers. Great community college to get your degree or save money by completing some of the classes you need at a university.
