I love this gym. I ve been going to the Jamaica YMCA for more than 10 years now. They offer so many classes for all ages; low-impact, dance, stretching, strength training, spin, water exercise and yoga. You will find the classes fun and enjoyable. Highly recommend !

This Y is dirty, rundown and is in desperate need of remodelling. The staff is so so, some are nice and some look like they don't care. I feel like the pool area could be a bit more secure and private between men and women. You should have to use your keycard to open the locker rooms. The Door shoul...
