Service sucked. Bought two cars from them only got one license plate. Noah the GM argued saying they couldn't do anything, mean while the temporary license plate was expired. Never buy from Jack Key once they have your money they don't care.

I felt I got a good deal at this location but the customer service after you drive off the lot is horrendous. They do not follow up, they do not give you accurate information and everyone just passes the bucket. The service just KILLED the whole experience for me. Very disappointed.

2012 Nissan Sentra SR 40,000 miles Bose speakers stolen and switched out with blown speakers. iPod port and the console tray are also missing. I have no idea what else may have been done to this vehicle.
